Vault, ship or sell back: what happens after a pull
Your options for every item you pull, how long it stays in the vault, and how shipping and sell-backs work.
Every item you pull is a real product held for you. You choose what happens next.
Keep it in your vault
Items wait in your vault for a set number of days from the pull. The vault shows a countdown on each one. Anything you have not shipped when the timer ends is sold back to us automatically for store credit.
Ship it home
Select items in your vault and tap Ship. Each item ships in its own insured box and you pay exactly what its label costs, plus sales tax where your state requires it. You verify your identity once before your first shipment, and you get tracking by email when it leaves.
Sell it back
Every pull comes with a sell-back offer in store credit, shown on the item before you decide. Store credit can be spent on chests and shipping.
Give it away
You can gift an item in your vault to another account by email. Gifted items stay in the recipient's vault until they ship them.
