Responsible purchasing
Ripping cases should be fun and affordable. These are the tools we give you to keep it that way, and the plain facts you should know before you buy.
Packs are not investments
You may receive a card worth less than you paid
Every case contains a real card, but the card's value is an estimate and can be lower than the case price. Values move. Buy cases because you want to collect cards, not to make money. Never spend money you need for anything else.Tools in your account
All of these are set from your account page and take effect immediately.
Spend limits
- Daily limit: the most you can spend on cases in any rolling 24 hours, including purchases made with store credit.
- Weekly limit: the same, over a rolling seven days.
- A limit applies to every payment method, including store credit, and is enforced at checkout.
Cool-off and self-exclusion
- Take a break for a number of days you choose. While a break is active, checkout is blocked for your account.
- A break cannot be shortened or cancelled once started. That is the point.
- If you want a longer or permanent exclusion, or want us to close your account, contact us at the address on the terms page and we will do it.
What we do on our side
- Odds, expected value and floor are shown before every purchase and frozen onto your order. See how odds work.
- The buyback offer is optional, is store credit only, and is never the reason to buy a pack.
- Turbo and Reveal All are always available so you are never made to sit through a ceremony to see your card.
- We do not use countdowns, streaks, near-miss animations or other pressure mechanics.
Age and location
- You must be at least 18 years old. Age confirmation is required before your first purchase and identity verification is required before we ship anything.
- We only sell to customers in the United States.
- Cases cannot be purchased from, or shipped to, the following states: Nevada (NV), Washington (WA). This list is checked at purchase and again at shipping and can change.
Signs it might be time to stop
- Buying cases to chase back the value of an earlier pull.
- Spending more than you planned, or hiding purchases from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not ripping.
- Selling cards back for credit mainly to keep buying.
If any of these sound familiar, set a limit or take a break now. It takes less than a minute.
